Our story begins in 2009 when Ranger was founded by Texas natives Beau Bishop and Matthew Cecere. From the beginning, both founders were determined to build a company that customers could rely on for exceptional staffing services and that candidates could count on for great job opportunities. They knew in order to grow the company beyond a small business it would have to be a place where recruiters and salespeople loved to work and had the ability to successfully reach their career goals. The company started in a spare room of Beau’s two-bedroom town home. While the startup’s office was meager, the founders reported for work each day wearing dress clothes and ties. They wanted to run the business just like they would if it were already a very large company. Hard work and determination paid off as the company continued to grow year after year. In 2016, Ranger Staffing Group was named by Staffing Industry Analysts one of the fastest growing staffing firms in the US. In addition, the company landed on the Aggie 100 list as one of the fastest growing Aggie owned companies.
